Requirements Analysis Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess the impact of change on stakeholders, addressing potential resistance.
- Develop and execute a change management plan, track progress, and mitigate risks and challenges.
- Facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies through effective communication and training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, collaborating with other departments.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, including training for new team members.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in change management, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Proven background in working with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Adaptability to thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Required: Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise software implementations, background in healthcare or regulated industries, and Change Management certification.
