Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Battery Technician & Tow Operators to join our fast-paced automotive service operation in the United States. This position plays an essential role in providing efficient roadside assistance and supporting vehicle repair services. Previous experience is not required—comprehensive training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and replace vehicle batteries to ensure safe and dependable operation
• Safely operate tow trucks and flatbeds to respond to roadside service calls
• Perform basic vehicle repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles or equipment as needed
• Deliver professional, courteous service while interacting with customers
• Follow all safety procedures when working with vehicles and heavy equipment
• Assist with vehicle diagnostics using mechanical skills and tools
• Support shop and towing operations with additional duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid CDL or the ability and willingness to obtain one
• Mechanical interest or basic understanding of automotive systems
• Ability to operate tow trucks, flatbeds, and forklifts
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Clear communication and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Physically capable of lifting, loading, and performing hands-on work
• Prior automotive or mechanical experience is helpful but not mandatory
• Clean and dependable driving record
