As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer with PRST, you will play a vital role in supporting contractors throughout San Diego, specifically focusing on the installation of spiral and rectangular ductwork for a new, one-story restaurant. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week
• Using hand tools and benders to construct sheet metal components, cold boxes, and HVAC components
• Installing ridged and flex duct, as well as ceiling and wall HVAC vents
• Checking refrigerants and other HVAC components with gauges and meters
• Install ducting and safely operate lift equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in HVAC with minimum 5 years of experience
• Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
• E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
• Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
