Job Details

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception to conclusion
• Run your own cases
• Handle federal court and consumer arbitration hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Actively litigate federal-court data privacy and consumer protection class actions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Federal-court litigation experience required
• Class action experience preferred
• Data privacy and cybersecurity litigation experience preferred
• FINRA, AAA, or JAMS forum experience preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• Big Law experience, a federal clerkship, or government experience (SEC/FTC/US attorneys’ office/state regulator) preferred
