As a Fit Specialist , your role is to connect customers with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle by guiding them to the perfect bike based on their wants, needs, and experience level. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with energy and purpose — no missed opportunities.

• Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget.

• Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience.

• Guide customers through the sales process: demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination.

• Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.

• Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

• Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork.

• Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals.

What We Look For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or retail preferred).

• A competitive, goal-driven mindset — you want to be #1.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.

• Must be comfortable on a motorcycle and excited to learn the product.

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and major sales events.

• Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one).

• Monthly Unit Sales Target

• Customer Experience Index (CXI) Score

• CRM Follow-Up Completion
