Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer based in Bengaluru, India with at least 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. The ideal person will have hands-on experience in C/C++ , Rust and/or Golang. Coursework and/or professional experience in computer architecture and operating systems.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Remote Option: Hybrid

What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities): 

• Manage and grow the existing engineering team

• Think critically about complex technical problems and identify problems/risks and provide technical solutions to improve product quality

What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 8+ Years of work experience with 3+ Years as a manager
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP
• Hands-on experience with Java, C/C++, C#
• Experience with RESTful API integration
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC with Agile software releases, Sprint planning and execution and project management principles
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, and other modern CI/CD and configuration tools.
• Solid experience with bug tracking and management system in Jira
• Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward completion.
• Demonstrate multitasking, effective leadership and analytical skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Security experience (Crypto, Key Management, PKI)
• Experience with J2EE, JCE, .NET framework, PKCS#11, KMIP, Microsoft CNG/EKM
• Familiarity with Python, Rust, Golang, Lua
• IAM integration experience in SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory
