• We are hiring immediately for a full time WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  position.
• Location : Mountain View, CA 94043
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 1 year of previous administrative experience required. 
• Fixed Pay Rate:  $31.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records

• Process orders and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods

• Maintain inventory control system

• Track and monitor inventory movement

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts

• Resolve inventory discrepancies

• Manage warehouse staff and ensure efficient operations

• Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Communicate with customers and suppliers

• Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues

• Has a minimum of 2 years applicable Administrative experience.

• Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize warehouse operations.
