Compensation: Commission-only ($400 per customer)
Location: Your local city (must reside in the United States)

What You'll Build

This isn't just a sales job - it's a leadership accelerator. You'll start by mastering feet-on-the-street sales with local businesses, then grow into managing 15-20 Territory Partners across your city. We'll train you, support you, and help you build a real team while you earn commissions on every sale - yours and theirs.

Phase 1: Learn the Game

• Connect with local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, pet shops) and introduce them to Omada's AI marketing platform
• Walk in, shake hands, show a 10-minute demo on your phone
• Earn $400 per customer when they sign up and become paying customers
• Master the proven system that closes customers in their first week

Phase 2 : Start Building Your Team

• Recruit 5-10 Territory Partners in your city
• Train them using the same system that worked for you
• Earn override commissions on their sales while continuing your own
• Learn coaching, accountability, and team management

Phase 3 : Own Your City

• Scale to 15-20 active Territory Partners
• Coordinate city-wide strategy and territory assignments
• Build passive commission income from your team's success
• Unlock pathways to regional leadership or enhanced ownership structures
