As a Sales Engineer, youre an expert in technical pre-sales, comfortable working with technical developer products, sketching out API flows, and building great relationships with customers. In this role, youre responsible for guiding the customer through the technical journey from first meeting until technical acceptancebuilding technical champions, qualifying the best solution fit and value, demonstrating capabilities, and crafting responses to technical objections.

What youll do :

1. Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions that lead to strong return on investment for your customer.
2. Be hands-on, high-energy, and passionate about solving problems using the Instabase platform.
3. Develop custom demonstrations using the Instabase developer platform tailored to a customers specific needs and value.
4. Lead deep-dive technical sessions with customer technical stakeholders on Instabase product and solutions.
5. Scope, communicate, and manage proof-of-value (POV) of solutions with customers.
6. Present to all levels of technical leadership with confidence and build trustdevelopers, enterprise architects, managers, and executives.
7. Develop reusable tools and feedbackdemos, product gaps, technical guides, etc.

About you :

1. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering role.
2. Experience working with a variety of customers across different verticals such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and technology.
3. Comfortable with APIs and integration.
4. Proven track record of leading discovery and customer pain qualification.

The OTE salary range for this role is $224,000 to $249,000, including equity and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
