Compensation: $66–$77/hour (W2)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help reimagine and evolve a key subscription product for our top health tech client— this membership product offers extended pharmacy discounts and telehealth benefits. While it currently drives revenue, the product faces challenges such as high churn and low user engagement.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Product Manager to lead visioning efforts and uncover meaningful opportunities for a next-generation version of the product. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on big-picture thinking and end-to-end user experience design — not just production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define a compelling vision for the future of the subscription experience.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to identify pain points and growth opportunities.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma.

• Lead design thinking initiatives and bring a systems-level perspective to problem-solving.

• Balance visionary thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic and visual design work.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma , including building interactive prototypes.

• Demonstrated success designing and testing experiences for consumer-facing digital products.

• Proven track record of partnering closely with Product Managers and driving product strategy.

• Experience with subscription-based or membership products , especially in consumer tech or healthcare.
