Supervisor I - Hybrid Telework
Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, Patient Cost Recovery Section (PCRS), the Supervisor I functions as the first line supervisor responsible for overseeing operations related to Policy and Procedure development, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and County Bed Billing (CBB). The Supervisor I oversees the review, reporting, and process improvement initiatives related to section processes. The Supervisor I may act in the absence of the Supervisor II as needed. Some travel to hospitals as necessary.

Working Conditions
- DSH-Sacramento is located at an 11 floor high rise building.
- This position reports to the Allenby Building in Sacramento. A hybrid Telework schedule, consistent with the State of California's in-office requirement, may be considered with prior approval from management. The incumbent may also be required to travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.
- The State’s Commute Programs provide bicycle, mass transit and vanpool incentives to eligible state employees. The State’s mass transit incentive pays 100% of the transit pass up to the IRS maximum of $325 per month in 2025.
