Lobby Customer Service Representative

What will I do in this role?
This position is established to coordinate and direct lobby/phone traffic while providing prompt, professional and accurate assistance to members. Participates in the promotion of Credit Union products and services to existing and potential members.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience or 6 months SDCCU member facing work experience may be considered.
- 6 months experience with cross-selling, up-selling and/or referring products.
- Prior experience as a teller or related role.
- Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience.
- Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

Where will I be working?
This role is Location Dependent and is based at the Mira Mesa Branch-6705 Mira Mesa Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92121.
What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $20.25-$24.75 (Per Hour)
