Job Title: Warehouse Receiving & Inspection Clerk (Forklift Certified)
Location: Fremont, CA

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving & Inspection Clerk to support warehouse operations in Fremont, CA. This role involves overseeing incoming shipments, performing accurate data entry, and assisting with material handling. The ideal candidate will be computer-proficient, forklift certified, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inspection:

  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments from trucks, containers, or other transport methods.

  • Record and maintain accurate receipt details in inventory management systems.

  • Verify shipment quality and integrity, promptly reporting any discrepancies or damages.

• Clerical & Data Entry:

  • Enter receiving data into warehouse management software with a high level of accuracy.

  • Generate reports and maintain proper documentation of inventory records.

  • Support inventory tracking and cycle counts as needed.

• Forklift Operation & Material Handling:

  • Safely operate forklifts to move and organize inventory.

  • Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report any safety concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, inspection, or clerical support preferred.

• Forklift experience: hands-on operating experience required.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and/or warehouse management systems.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
