职责包括但不限于:

• 处理所有客户的销售订单,并将数据集成到 Oracle Net Suite 中。
• 生成和浏览包含准确客户信息、商品数量、价格、SKU 和发货详情的 Excel 电子表格。
• 与销售团队共同制定策略和方案,以提高与亚马逊、沃尔玛和家得宝等客户的销售额。
• 在客户平台上处理发票并提交发货前通知。
• 与采购经理和会计人员合作,确保所有订单包含准确的数据。
• 联系货运公司,安排货物运输至客户配送中心。
• 创建提单文件。
• 管理公司和零售商平台上所有零售商的库存。
• 行政办公工作,例如扫描和归档重要文件。
• 回复有关采购订单查询的电子邮件。
• 熟悉 Commerce Hub、Retail Link、Wayfair、AAFES 和亚马逊平台者优先考虑。
