Lead Installer

**Job Title: Lead Installer** **Job Description** This position involves pre-installing windows and doors in the facility using hand and power tools and a tape measure. Responsibilities include grinding and deburring to expedite product readiness for job sites. After an initial 3-6 month period at the manufacturing site, the role will require travel both in-state and out-of-state for installations at client homes. **Responsibilities** + Pre-install windows and doors using hand and power tools and a tape measure. + Grind and deburr products to ensure readiness for job sites. + Travel to various locations for installations after initial training. + Ensure accurate measurements and installations to meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately. + Experience in carpentry and construction work. + Valid California Real ID and a clean driving record. + Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with glazing and construction finishing. + Strong understanding of installation processes. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
