We are seeking an experienced, professional bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great bartending is about creating memorable guest experiences as much as crafting exceptional drinks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and precision.
• Provide warm, attentive service while maintaining a high-energy bar atmosphere.
• Engage with guests, make recommendations, and build rapport with regular patrons.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, theatre, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain one) preferred.
