Beverage Director
Creative Cocktail Bar and Restaurant seeking Beverage Director. In Hollywood area, established and highly regarded restaurant and bar. Overseeing high concept cocktail bar and high volume restaurant with a busy bar. Responsibilities include ongoing, seasonal cocktail development and back bar procurement. Staff training and education critical. Weekend service. Ordering, inventory over site, including wine.
Must have an understanding of classic and modern techniques, including force carbonation, clarification, milk punches, syrups, sous vide infusions. Must have extensive knowledge of spirits and liqueurs and a passion for all things cocktails. Seeking someone who creates and maintains systems / SOPs and is a great coach and teacher for Bartenders and Servers.
