Product Manager

Description

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to guide the development and enhancement of our product offerings. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance creative input with disciplined execution. While you will contribute to product ideation, your primary responsibility is to deliver on the vision and roadmap set by senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development efforts in alignment with the company vision and roadmap.


• Manage and mentor design team members, fostering creativity while ensuring delivery against priorities.


• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch high-quality products on time.


• Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product requirements.


• Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short- and long-term objectives.


• Establish and monitor KPIs to track product success and inform adjustments.


• Communicate product direction and progress clearly across the organization.


• Ensure delivery of user-friendly, customer-focused experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred (MBA a plus).


• 3–5 years of proven product management experience within SaaS.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop design talent.


• Proficiency with Jira and Figma (essential competencies).


• Familiarity with AI-driven product workflows; experience with Replit and Claude is strongly preferred.


• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including asynchronous work across teams.


• Experience with Agile/Scrum product management methodologies.


• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
