Physical Therapist Assistant PTA-Part-Time
Location: San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation - Bakersfield, CA
Starting Pay: $42.00/hour

San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bakersfield is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate and collaborative therapy team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises
- Adhere to all regulatory, documentation, and safety guidelines
- Active California PTA license (required)
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A team-first attitude and commitment to resident care
- Starting pay at $42/hour
