Founding US Account Executive
Our client, an AI-native B2B enterprise software startup, is seeking a Founding U.S. Account Executive to help launch and scale their San Francisco office.
They are looking for a driven SaaS sales professional with 4–6 years of B2B SaaS experience who is excited about building a new market from the ground up. This person will play a critical role in securing the first wave of U.S. customers for the company's Agentic AI product , helping shape the sales narrative and establish repeatable go-to-market motions.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for the company's AI platform across U.S. mid-market and enterprise companies (500–5,000 employees)
- Build and manage your own pipeline, spending roughly 40% on outbound prospecting and 60% on discovery, demos, and closing
- Run high-quality discovery conversations with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Operations
- Partner closely with founders and product leadership on live deals, providing market feedback and influencing go-to-market strategy
- Engage with prospects through in-person meetings, events, and customer dinners to build strong relationships
What They're Looking For
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Proven ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strong consultative sales skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience selling HR technology or agent-based/AI solutions is a plus
