Sales Administration Associate
:
SUMMARY: Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales and administrative support to the Sales department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Composes client communications and proofreading materials.
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
- Handles the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations.
- Aide sales teams by contributing administrative, technical, and clerical support.
- Processes sales orders to ensure completion and accuracy in Salesforce.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, tracking work, quotas and commissions as specified.
- Generates, edits, and analyzes complex spreadsheets, including formulas, formatting, and graphs.
- Creates and edits reports and slide presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Administration of Salesforce by maintaining and updating records.
- Supports the preparation and attends sales and marketing events.
- Assists with developing and preparing sales and marketing promotional materials.
- Coordinates with other departments when necessary.
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned by sales representatives or management.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- One to three years of sales or marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Salesforce, and Microsoft Suites.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
