Senior Software Engineer
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust software solutions with C#.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a collaborative and best-practice driven environment.
- Develop software adhering to industry security standards and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code to enhance development processes and code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovative solutions, including AI-based methodologies.
- 8–12 years of software development expertise, with a strong background in C#.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams effectively.
- Deep expertise in object-oriented design principles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments.
