Project Manager,
The Intermediate Project Manager/Leader will manage procurement projects, including Statements of Work, service and construction procurement documents (RFS, RFB, etc.). The role requires strong financial contract management experience, vendor engagement skills, and the ability to provide consulting and advice to various parties. The Project Manager will also support the financial analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, manage project finances, and oversee the change request process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage several Statements of Work including service and construction of procurement documents (RFS, RFB, etc.).
- Support the financial analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, updating calculators, pricing sheets, and service catalogs.
- Manage the financial administration of existing contracts.
- Manage the execution of Service Requests for new services from vendors.
- Manage the processing of project & contract change requests.
- Support project managers in the execution of procurements and change orders with vendors.
- Prepare briefing notes, conduct vendor meetings, and liaise with other procurement and legal departments.
- Independently manage and execute complete procurements life cycle as needed.
- Manage deliverables and dependencies across multiple in-flight projects.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and manage multi-faceted risks and issues.
- Develop and present ministry-specific dashboards, reports, and other project management and financial collateral.
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and peer groups across ministries.
- Create or support the development of project artifacts, Briefing Notes, Change Requests, Contracts, Request for Bid (RFBs) etc.
- Ensure project implementation plans have no adverse impact on public safety operations.
- Develop complex network transition and migration strategies with cross-stream dependencies including vendor activities.
- Develop and implement network transition plans.
