Specialist, Centralized Move-Out Processing ($27.45)
Position Summary:
The Specialist, Centralized Move Out Processing is responsible for processing of resident move-outs across the portfolio, including the preparation of Final Account Statements. This role requires managing a high volume of work with speed and accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with all internal company policies and procedures as well as any local, state, and federal laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process resident Notices to Vacate (NTV) and move-outs timely and accurately, partnering with on-site teams as needed.
- Prepare Final Account Statements for previous tenants. This includes obtaining invoices, applying charges, and submitting refunds for approval, as well as resolving concerns or discrepancies when needed.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain delayed or missing invoices.
- Support internal debt recovery efforts as needed.

Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $27.45
