AI Product Manager

Unlike many other student advocacy organizations that solely focus on academics, we spotlight a variety of fields, including the performing arts and entrepreneurship. What are the AI Product Manager's Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and management of an AI chatbot product, including dialogue flow design, content generation, interaction logic design, and the deployment and evaluation of large language models.
- Profound understanding of social networks and instant messenger products
- Research and design technologies related to natural language processing and machine learning to continuously improve the dialogue system's performance and user experience.
- Understand the technical principles and potential of large language models.
- Participate in the evaluation and optimization of the dialogue system.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, psychology, or other related fields
- Have a deep understanding of user needs and pain points in the US market and can propose targeted and constructive product solutions
- Proficiency in Product Design Tools such as Axure, Xmind, Visio, and Sketch is required
- The ability to create high-quality PRD (Product Requirements Document) documents and product prototypes is essential
- Familiar with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies. Relevant project experience is a plus
- Familiar with the product functions and logic of chat tools, instant messaging, and social software, preferably with relevant experience
- Development experience with tools like Python, PHP, and JavaScript is helpful but not required
- Experience working with offshore or remote teammates is required.
- Passionate, with solid learning and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of psychology or experience with dialogue systems is preferred
- Good communication skills and team spirit, able to solve problems proactively
- Bilingual Mandarin/Chinese preferred
- Onsite, Indoor office setting.
- Frequent use of office equipment, including computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- Occasional travel as needed (less than 10%) - travel is reimbursed.

- 80 hours/year vacation (prorated 1st year)
- Classification: Exempt
- Salary: $120,000+ DOE with an opportunity for a review as early as 6 months from start.
