We're an early-stage, venture-backed startup building the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email — giving agents their own persistent, fully-managed inboxes. We're above $2M ARR with close to 3,000 customers on a largely product-led model, seeing 15,000–20,000 signups per month and growing roughly 40% since the start of the year, largely organic.

The Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the operating system for our growth playbook. Today, growth runs almost entirely through the founder and a personal automation setup; this role turns that into a mapped, actionable system and owns the full growth pipeline end to end. This is a technical-first hire — deep hands-on technical comfort and understanding the product matter more than formal GTM or growth experience. Reports directly to the founder.

What you'll be doing

• Build and own the data and reporting infrastructure that turns growth signals into actionable decisions
• Decide what software and tooling the growth stack runs on, and what gets cut
• Build outbound systems: lookalike targeting, LinkedIn automation, warm-intro identification
• Own end-to-end orchestration of the growth pipeline, from signup through activation and expansion
• Partner closely with the founder to scale existing organic channels and evaluate new ones
• Build lightweight AI tooling (Slack agents, dashboards) to make growth data actionable across the team

Tech stack: Not specified — work spans data/reporting infrastructure, outbound automation, and lightweight internal AI tooling.

Requirements

• New grad to 6-7+ years experience
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on ability
• Scrappy, fast-building, low ego
• US citizen or existing visa only
• High ownership, no playbook to inherit
• SF in-person

Green Flags

• Genuine passion and proactivity: calls out what's wrong and takes ownership of fixing it without waiting to be assigned
• Deep interest in and understanding of the product and technical infrastructure, demonstrated before the first conversation
• Technical background (CS, data science, or comparable) paired with a scrappy, fast-building mindset
• Prior experience at a technical, high-caliber startup (Firecrawl, Ramp, Clay, or comparable)
• Low ego: high caliber without needing to be the center of attention

Red Flags

• High ego or a track record of not doing well in flat, high-ownership team structures
• Treats the role as a stepping stone rather than a genuine long-term bet on the company
• Non-technical background with no demonstrated ability to build or iterate on systems
• Seeking a people-management path rather than staying hands-on as an individual contributor
• Comes in cold without having researched the product or company beforehand
