Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Bakersfield, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation environment preferred.
• Experience with functional activities, ADL training, and adaptive equipment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: AM 8.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
