Luxury Auto Receptionist

This Luxury Auto Receptionist Position Features:
• Full Time Hours
• Room for growth

Immediate need for an experienced receptionist at this world-renowned luxury auto dealership. This position will support the Sales, Service and Operations teams in providing first class service to the company's clients.

Duties:
-Greet clients upon arrival
-Offer and craft coffee beverages to clients as requested
-Answer phones and emails
-Ensure that the waiting area is kept in pristine order
-Schedule client appointments as needed
-Additional administrative tasks such as scanning and filing when needed

Requirements:
-Prior recent Reception or Luxury customer service experience
