Job Duration: 3 Months, Contract to Hire

Job Summary:

• As a software Test Engineer specializing in cloud applications verification, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web portals for the medical industry.
• You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies that meet regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing test cases for cloud web applications based on requirements specifications
• Creating and maintaining traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are properly tested
• Generating test protocols based on approved test cases
• Performing thorough functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution using test management tools
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Updating test documentation as requirements evolve
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience testing applications in the medical technology industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical device software verification processes
• Experience with regulatory compliance testing for medical applications (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP) and testing cloud-native applications
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
