Job Title: Plumber (5+ Years)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Plumber with 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial plumbing. The ideal candidate is proficient in all phases of plumbing work—including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair—and can work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas, and waste lines.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to plan and execute projects accurately.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex plumbing issues; recommend and implement effective solutions.
- Lead or assist in managing plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Supervise and mentor junior plumbers or apprentices when needed.
- Ensure all work meets current safety standards and plumbing code requirements.
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and time spent.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Participate in continued education and stay up to date on industry trends and code changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex plumbing tasks.
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and job site protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- (Preferred) Journeyman or Master Plumber license, or working toward certification.
