Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and executing repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal production downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose components such as motors, gauges, pumps, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and some automated equipment (PLCs and VFDs).
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Execute necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of maintenance mechanic experience, preferably in a food production setting.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical components.
• Experience with maintenance technician tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
