Warranty Specialist – Airstream RV Dealership

Airstream Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Specialist to join our growing team supporting one of the most iconic brands in the RV and outdoor travel industry .

This role is essential to delivering the exceptional ownership experience Airstream customers expect. The Warranty Specialist manages warranty claims from submission through resolution while partnering with manufacturers, service teams, and customers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

• Review, prepare, and submit RV warranty claims accurately and timely

• Verify repair orders, labor operations, and parts eligibility for warranty coverage

• Coordinate with Airstream, manufacturers, and vendors to process claims efficiently

• Track claim status and ensure prompt reimbursement and resolution

• Maintain accurate documentation and warranty records

• Partner closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure claim compliance

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to warranty coverage

• Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and trends to improve submission accuracy

• Support the continuous improvement of warranty and service department processes

• Experience in warranty administration, service operations, or dealership environment (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of repair orders, labor operations, or service workflows

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously

• Proficiency with dealership management systems or warranty tracking software

• Interest in the RV industry, outdoor travel, or Airstream brand culture strongly preferred

• Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (paid semi-monthly)
