We are seeking a full-time Inpatient General Psychiatrist to join the esteemed medical staff as an Independent Contractor at Del Amo Behavioral Health in Torrance, CA . This role offers excellent flexibility, an opportunity to see patients in both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as, offers lucrative compensation potential while working alongside a collaborative care team with many support services to assist.

Quick Facts

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor/1099 arrangement for your convenience
• Schedule / Hours: Monday – Friday position with an option of doing a mix of Inpatient and PHP/IOP work.
• Location: Torrance, CA
• Practice Setting: Behavioral Health Facility

Responsibilities

• Provide Inpatient services to adults and adolescents
• Inpatient duties include admissions and daily patient care of patients in assigned care
• Optional: Provide IOP/PHP services
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff

Compensation

• Compensation will range depending on caseload and scope of work

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• California Medical License or ability to obtain
• Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians and by Los Angeles County
