Great Opportunity for Chief Marketing & Retail Officer Orange County's Credit Union is investing in a leader: Chief Marketing & Retail Officer to contribute to our mission of innovating our business and creating a superior member experience. The CMRO will lead a team of 150 Associates across all Member Experience oriented functions for the Credit Union, including retail banking and branches, operations, call center, loan servicing, collections, member service operations, marketing, public relations, communications, philanthropic giving, and community relations. How You Will Make An Impact: - Develop, articulate and execute the overall business strategy for the defined business units
- Participates in the decision making process as a member of the executive team.
- Continually examine member needs and concerns across all delivery channels and recommends changes that will result in easier and improved Member experiences.
- Implements a service and sales culture throughout the Credit Union to promote membership growth

The Experience You Will Bring - Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years combined retail/consumer banking experience with proven sales and operations management and people management skills.
- Strong leadership and management acumen with a proven track record of serving as a change agent by formulating and executing growth-oriented strategic plans that drive exceptional performance.
- Previous experience engaging and interaction with senior level executives and board members.

Base Pay Range The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith range for this role at the time of posting.
