Branch Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will track and evaluate day-to-day activities and will be responsible for supervising the accounting team on day-to-day operations. As well as work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure that all accounting functions are operating at acceptable performance levels.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all branch accounting functions
• Supervise accounting staff in day to day operations
• General ledger account reconciliations
• Participate in both internal and external audits
• Assist the Financial Controller with ensuring the accounting department functions are operating at performance levels within acceptable stated metrics
• Develop and evaluate employees; evaluate performance and workloads; determine work priority, implement changes to improve productivity and increase efficiency

Requirements:

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• A minimum of two years of accounting experience or its equivalent.
• Hands-On Supervisor working with multi Branch company
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and Adagio experience is a plus

Kishigo salary range: $85-$104K plus bonus eligibility based on experience, education and geographic location
