JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports Creative Services group is a centralized resource within FOX Sports, supporting remote productions for FOX NFL, FOX NASCAR, FOX MLB, FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL, studio-based shows including THE HERD, THE FACILITY, FIRST THINGS FIRST, SPEAK, and many other clients. Our responsibilities include on-air branding, graphics development, set design, information graphics systems, AR and XR graphics, software development, and production management.

As a Real-time Producer, you will work with the Creative Services Production team to capture real-time graphic requests and to facilitate communication between artists and clients. You will also oversee all phases of real-time graphics elements for assigned projects, including prepare deliverables list with timelines for graphics packages and delivery of these packages to Production. You will test stats integrations and work with the graphics Help Desk to maintain quality control of elements.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as liaison between remote and studio broadcast technical crews and the Creative Services department for real-time graphics platforms such as VizRT and Unreal
• Collaborate with the Production team to make sure all real-time workflows are consistent
• Work in concert with the Executive Director of Graphics to ensure all project needs are met
• Work with remote and studio font coordinators and graphic operators for all broadcasts to ensure proper use of our graphics and systems
• Oversee quality control of all elements outgoing from the real-time group
• Test all current statistical integrations for our sports packages
• Provide advanced technical support for all VizRT and other real-time renderer systems throughout FSMG; this support may require travel to remote events and studios
• Partner with the engineering group to ensure graphic systems are updated with proper software and graphic elements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 2+ years of graphic production experience
• Live television production experience
• Self-starter attitude, with the ability to be proactive
• Great time management skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Extremely PC literate and understand networking
• Strong working knowledge of all digital graphic file formats and their appropriate applications
• Strong knowledge of the VIZ RT platform; software includes Trio, Artist, Engine, and Graphics Hub Manager
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Ability to travel
