Your New Role

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide clear, professional solutions

• Perform quality repairs, replacements, and installations

• Educate homeowners on repair options and close sales through trust, not pressure

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the day

• Keep your work vehicle clean, stocked, and ready

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Based in Woodland, CA and serving the nearby 20-mile service area

• 1–2+ years of residential plumbing experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

• Experience in presenting in-home service options and educating customers

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to work 40–60+ hours per week, including some weekends and emergencies

• Able to lift, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces as needed for plumbing tasks

• Must be physically able to perform all job-related tasks safely and effectively
