Machine Operator

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT MACHINE OPERATOR OR MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a Machine worker to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in Riverside, CA that produces piping systems and components for water wells.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed

Requirements for Machine Operator:
• 6 months of recent machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to perform rapid physical work
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift
• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site
• Prior experience in roles such as Production Worker, Assembler, Material Handler, Laborer, or Manufacturing Associate is a plus

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
• Operate and set-up machines

• Perform painting, finishing, and basic surface preparation on manufactured piping components
• Palletize finished products and prepare materials for shipment
• Manually lift and move materials and components up to 25 lbs.
• Follow safety procedures while working around manufacturing equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as required to meet production needs
