Hard Requirements:

• Strong full -stack engineering experience with the ability to work across all application tiers.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Proven ability to debug complex issues across distributed applications.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experience with Go, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Kubernetes, AWS, and native mobile development (iOS and Android).
  <\/p><\/li>

• Senior -level capability with a balance of strong technical acumen and practical implementation skills.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experience working with startup -style stacks including Postgres, Redis, etc.
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Bonus Skills (Not Required):
  <\/p>

  • Experience in financial technology, including payments.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with cryptocurrencies (wallets, payments, on/off ramping).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Mobile development expertise in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).

  • Experience with modern containerization or Kubernetes.

    Role Summary:

    As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will build features end -to -end for Splash’s consumer finance products. Responsibilities include designing database schemas, developing backend APIs, and creating intuitive front -end user interfaces. You will work autonomously on complex technical tasks while collaborating with a fast -moving team to ensure alignment with product goals. Your work will directly impact the scalability and performance of applications used in emerging markets.
