Staff Accountant
ANINE BING is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team based in Los Angeles.
This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our HQ team, the Staff Accountant brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

This hybrid position is based at our Los Angeles HQ and requires in-office presence three days per week. The role reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in monthly close tasks, including calculations of accruals, journal entries for payroll, and royalty accounting.
- Support franchise accounting, including operating expense tracking and reporting.
- Review and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Help manage full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, payment batches, and account reconciliations.
- Review and resolve sales tax transaction errors to ensure compliance.
- Support manager in preparing cash forecast.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or a fast-growing company environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Intermediate skills on Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is a plus
- Team player with a growth mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

The target compensation for this role is between $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
