My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Membership unlocks access to over 60 of the latest ski and snowboard models and the convenience of choosing in-resort delivery and daily slopeside pick-up & drop-off, at 12 North American resorts. All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app.

 

Job Summary:

The My Epic Gear Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding member service per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. The My Epic Gear Supervisor acts as a location specific leadership ensuring quality control that delivers an experience of a lifetime for our Employees and Members. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our members at our Member Services and Slopeside locations.
  • Lead associates in member services and slopeside pickup.
  • Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
  • Oversee and assist with gear preparations and delivery for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
  • Maintain a professional standard of guest and member service
  • May be responsible for opening and closing locations.
  • Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, and stand or kneel for 8 hours sometimes outside and in winter conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required

 

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
