We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Assistant with front and back office experience (or a new grad willing to train). This part-time to full-time role offers competitive pay ($18–$25/hour, based on experience), a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to grow in a supportive dental practice.

Dental assistant

Clinical (Back Office) Duties:

Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, extractions, cleanings, etc.)

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control

Take and process digital X-rays

Educate patients on post-treatment care

Perform basic lab tasks (impressions, temporary crowns, etc.)

Administrative (Front Office) Duties:

Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out

Verify insurance and process billing/payments

Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries

Maintain patient records and manage recalls

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Closed Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

• Infection Control License

Bilingual in Spanish & English (strongly preferred)

Dental Assistant experience (or new grad willing to train)

Knowledge of infection control protocols

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Eaglesoft
• Open Dental
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

X-ray certification

Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.)

Familiarity with front office tasks (scheduling, insurance verification)
