Piping Estimator
Piping Estimator position in San Francisco Bay Area
This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA’s biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.
We are looking for a Piping Estimator with 5 or more years of Commercial Piping Estimating experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work in Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam on Piping Estimates for current and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with Preconstruction, Purchasing and Project Management groups
- Check Estimates for accuracy and look for value engineering opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Piping Estimating experience
Preferred:
- Prior Piping Journeyman and/or Foreman experience
- Local in Bay Area
- Stable work-history
- Currently working for mechanical/piping contractor
- Medium to Large Project experience
- Knowledge working with Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
