Product Manager - In the US - Remote

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, oversee execution, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. About the Role As a Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy, development, and execution of key healthcare technology solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams—including executive leadership, customer success, operations, and engineering—to ensure smooth product development and implementation. Your expertise in healthcare data, electronic transactions, and SaaS solutions will help drive innovation and efficiency in our growing suite of products. What You'll Do Develop and communicate strategic and tactical product roadmaps to leadership and internal teams.
Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, including detailed business/system requirements and product specifications.
Manage product feature backlog, prioritize tasks, and oversee release planning.
Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, pricing, and customer engagement efforts.
Gain deep expertise in healthcare payer, provider, and partner integrations to enhance product functionality.
Leverage customer feedback and industry expertise to identify gaps and drive new product innovations.
Conduct market research, SWOT analyses, and competitive assessments to inform strategic decisions.
Define and track key product metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive positive change in a fast-paced environment.
Support additional product and project management initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong foundation in best practices.
Healthcare technology experience, particularly in enterprise-level healthcare claims processing.
Expertise in X12 transaction sets (837, 835, 278, 277, 275, etc.), HL7-Clinical, and FHIR.
Knowledge of SaaS development and APIs, with a strong understanding of standard development processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with value-added partners to achieve strategic product goals.
Strong documentation skills for business and technical requirements.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Bonus Skills Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment and influence multiple business units.
