Qualifications:
- Active OT license in California (or eligibility for licensing)
- School-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Background in serving students with severe behaviors strongly favored
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work with a diverse student population ranging from elementary to young adult
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services as part of both Extended School Year (ESY) and New School Year (NSY) programs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students ages 5–22
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to identify and address student needs
- Use evidence-based interventions to support participation and functional independence
- Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
