About The Role

As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will work with our developer community, customers, and Cognition's product teams to drive adoption of Devin through content, developer experience feedback, and advocacy. You will be our first Developer Relations hire, and a core part of your role will be 'building the car as you drive it'launching and shaping our ongoing strategy and initiatives.

In this role, you will :

• Create and maintain developer-focused content such as tutorials, documentation, videos, and blog posts to educate and engage enterprise customers and self-service developers.
• Identify pain points and feature requests to improve the developer experience and implement those improvements.
• Build and nurture community relationships through organizing and participating in developer events, workshops, conferences, and online channels.
• Collaborate with our GTM team to shape developer relations strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Devin.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and overall developer experience.

Requirements for the role :

• Proven experience in educating developers on technical tools, building developer communities, and driving adoption of developer tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable discussing complex technical topics with diverse audiences.
• Technical background as a software engineer, developer relations engineer, sales engineer, or deployed engineer.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, moving quickly and growing responsibilities.
• Exceptional ability to learn quickly and adapt.
