DEPUTY STATE CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OFFICER

DEPUTY STATE CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OFFICER, GS-0301-13: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations; Experience in supervisory, staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrative policies, practices and procedures; Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations; Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
