Senior Product Manager - Models - US (Remote)

At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of W&B’s flagship Models product. With a focus on user experience, quality, and speed, they will drive the day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year evolution of the core experiment tracking and analysis tools used by over 2,500 of the world’s most advanced ML and AI teams.

What you’ll achieve

• Rapidly identify and ship improvements to W&B’s core experience.

• Meet with our most advanced customers to learn their workflows and identify breakthrough improvements.
• Look into the future of experiment tracking, pretraining, and fine-tuning workflows to steer W&B’s product direction
• Analyze interviews, usage data, and market behavior to rank product opportunities.
• Communicate what you ship back out to the market to drive adoption and discovery.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience using Weights & Biases. You know our product and want to make it better.
• Experience taking a technical product—it could be a model you’ve worked on—all the way to production, including understanding requirements for success, measuring effectiveness, and improving performance through iterations.
• Experience managing or influencing machine learning engineers, software engineers, or other stakeholders—with or without official authority.
• Clear communication and organization. A major part of the role is seeking feedback from many directions and channeling it into a single, executable stream.
• Care and taste about the products you use.
