About the Role

We’re building the next generation of AI observability tools to empower developers working with Large Language Models (LLMs). As an early member of our founding team, you’ll collaborate directly with leadership to architect, design, and ship highly scalable systems that redefine the LLM developer experience.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the product’s technical direction from the ground up, own features end-to-end, and shape a platform used by the global AI developer community.

What You’ll Do

Own the Full Development Cycle – Take features from concept to production, including architecture, development, deployment, and iteration.

Build Scalable, High-Performance Systems – Work across backend and frontend to deliver a seamless developer experience.

Develop with a Modern Tech Stack –

Frontend: Next.js , Tailwind CSS, ShadCN

Backend: TypeScript, Express, Kafka

Infrastructure: Supabase, ClickHouse, AWS ECS, Cloudflare Workers, Kubernetes

Optimize Deployment & Operations – Design reliable deployment pipelines and ensure uptime, performance, and resilience.

Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product managers, designers, and the developer community to ship impactful features quickly.

Engage with the Developer Community – Collect feedback, encourage contributions, and adapt the platform to real-world usage patterns.

What You Bring

Technical Mastery – 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in TypeScript .

Full Stack Capability – Strong skills in both frontend (React/ Next.js ) and backend ( Node.js/Express ) development.

Data & Infrastructure Knowledge – Proficiency with SQL, Postgres, ClickHouse, and cloud-native environments.

Cloud & Deployment Expertise – Familiarity with containerized workflows (Docker, Kubernetes) and platforms like AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.

AI Ecosystem Awareness – Understanding of LLMs, AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, TogetherAI), and related developer workflows.

Startup Mindset – Comfortable moving fast, making informed trade-offs, and thriving in ambiguity.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working on developer tools or observability platforms.

Hands-on experience with Supabase, Redis, Wrangler, or ShadCN.

Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement with developer communities.

Prior experience using our platform — and ideas for making it better.
