Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the ___Production Supervisor__, the BTQ Picker is a key role in packaging product for boutique standalone store orders . Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Schedule: AWW Mon-Thu, 9am-7:30pm (4/10-hour shifts)

Pay Rate: $17.94

Status: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

• Pick and packs product based on daily boutique standalone store orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
• Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
• Attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Able to transpose information from orders to packing slips / outbound documents.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to self-supervise.
• Other Job functions or cross training could apply.

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Used RF technology.
• Data entry
• Excel and Microsoft office

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule a must.
• Positive approach to assigned tasks.
• Team player.
• Follows written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
